howdy!

so idk who is still on here checking lj anymore, but i just thought it would be fun to just read the things that i worried about sophomore and junior year of high school. and it's funny to think that this was my life and that i was so worried about being called a stoner, and i was so totally boy crazy it wasn't even funny. and just how overall i acted like such a little blonde.

anyways, for a VERY brief update on my life, i am now going to kalamazoo college is michigan. it's a small liberal arts school. and i am majoring in psychology focusing in neuroscience and hopefully a minor in vocal music. i am still heavily involved in the choirs at school, and in fact some of my friends and i are starting our own student run choir. that will be fun, but it will take a lot of time, and i'm not sure how successful that will be. umm... i had my time of rebellion after costa rica where i really didn't go to church and i really didn't do many of the things that "xty" would have done. but when i got to michigan i started becoming more myself again... started going to church, and i really wasn't afraid to be me.

right now i am working on my study abroad application to go to hungary to study cognitive science from mid august to mid february. and of course getting ready for christmas, which is always crazy here around the tmp and other shopping areas. one good thing about michigan is that there are just as many people there as there are in orange county so everything is more spread out and you don't have to deal with the crowds as we know it here.

i hope everyone is doing well, and i miss you all. i am home until janurary 5, and then i get to fly back to cold country. so if anyone wants to hang out and catch up, just call. my number is still the same. or just send me a message and i'll get back to you.

hey everyone!

wow, it has been an eternity since i've updated my life journal, so i thought that it's about time. well life has been very interesting this summer. i have discovered myspace so i guess that's why i haven't been on here. well i spent a month in costa rica doing community service and that was totally awesome. i have learned so much and i appreciate everything so much more than i ever thought i would. umm, then i had church camp and i helped out with that as a leader and that was fun, but i missed costa rica so much and my two best friends i made there, emma and gavin. i love them so much and yeah, if you want to see pictures just call me and we'll have a picture party! it will be fun. and after camp my cousin from the boston area came over, and i had never met him before so that was weird bc i have family at my house and i didn't know him and it was my job to take him around sothern california to show him disneyland, california adventure, knott's berry farm, various water parks and the beach. that was a really busy time. then i realized that i actually had summer homework that i hadn't started so mainly now at the end of the summer i have been doing summer homework and looking at colleges and getting all of my colleges apps started. life has been a blast and i'm so excited to be a senior. also, there was a temple built in newport beach and it is being dedicated on sunday, but the youth are doing a celebration dance thing for that so i've been havingn practices for that and my last weekend of summer is going to be taken up doing all of that stuff and i'll be around a lot of mormons.... so yeah, that's been my summer basically. if i wrote about costa rica it would be a novel and if you ask me to tell stories it'll take a whole month just to tell you everything. so yeah, i love you all and i hope your summers were totally awesome!

pura vida! in costa rica that means "pure life" and to just live life as it comes and don't stress too much.... i think i'm going to live by that this year! woot woot!

i have no true friends(or so it seems)... what happened?

wow! this weekend has been a weird one for sure! omgosh, so much stuff happening! the afs party was a success, and people didn't leave the house till 12. that is when i got to go to sleep, yeah go christy!people(family) coming in and out of the house all day on thursday (oh and i got to make the turkey again this year), and then yesterday shopping from like 6:30 till well, 6:30! wow! i spent 12 hours shopping yesterday! omgosh, i'm a freak. but yeah, this weekend has been fun so far, but now today will be spent writing an essay for namba! yes, i'm so excited! but yeah, it's time to start with the dreaded essay!

i hope that life has been good for all of you!

well this week has been great! elliot and i broke up on monday, and that was really good for me. we work better as friends anyways. but the only crappy part is that dale has been mad at me, and i don't really understand why bc the thing that i think it was didn't effect her, so i don't really think that she should be mad at me, but i'm going to talk to her about it tomorrow. 

i was so excited that we won the game on friday! go knights! but yeah, everyone has been calling me this weekend. and i've been talking to my friend erik a lot, and we haven't seen eachother in a while and so that has been fun. i love erik, he's the best! if you are sad about something he'll make you feel better! i have hung out with the most fun people this weekend!

Hi everyone!

WOW! I got back from Boston on Saturday really late at night. Ok, Boston is WONDERFUL, except some of the time it was too cold to go without and sweater, but too hot to have one one, I just hate that kind of weather, so that would be a bad thing for me, but I love the snow, so I'm just weird. I either like Vegas when it is like 120 degrees or like 20 degrees. Well when I was walking around the Harvard campus, there were these guys there were all like, "oh look, it's Elle Woods!" which is funny because Elle is like my idol (hint, look at my picture!)... but yeah, I just loved the whole atmposhere tere, but I really enjoyed Tufts University more, so there is another college to add on to my list. I think that I have like 7 or 8 different colleges that I know that I'm applying to for sure, but whatever.

OMGosh, my dad wants to take Elliot and I on a college rode trip, it wuold be me driving my baby most of the time, and then my dad and Elliot, which seems kind of weird, but whatever. My dad is like in love with Elliot, so I guess that that is a good thing, but my dad is trying to make Elliot totally into college, like how he has with me, so that is going to be interseting. There is one major problem thought, and that is that Elliot is grounded right now for partying too much, so we were planning on going the first 4-day weekend in November, but Elliot is grounded for at least a month, so that totally ruins our whole plan for going to Knott's Scary Farm, but whatever, oh and Matt you will have to talk to me about that.

So yeah, life is good for me, except all of my classes changed what they did while I was gone, so I spent tons of time working on stuff for all of my classes and most of it we didn't even do, so I have more work to do, but I am home alone AGAIN, until like 5, but then I have a club fast thing today and then at 7 an AFS thing, so my family is mad that they don't even see me, but when I'm home they are ALWAYS gone, so whatever.

I'm at Matt's house and he is updating me on what has happened in some of my classes and on the social aspect of school. We are having sweet mormon love!

Well I got back from Boston last night, that was tons of fun, and Elliot is going insane.

Ya so i was updating christy's lj but it went insane and tried to kill me so i shall have to begin all over again. MUAHAHAHAH. i love ranting and this is what this entire entry will be so if u don't want to hear what the voices in my head have to say then u should just leave. who's the pretty girl? i'm the pretty girl. the pretty girl has a fish. i don't like fish. tastes like plastic. my fish looks like plastic. whenever i see a pair of heelies i feel an icredible urge to liberate a bag of marbles in their general direction. o by the way, this is not christy. this is someone infinitely cooler and sexier. i'm like a crocodile pit only sexier. don't know who it is. then i will give u one more hint. its matt. don't have it yet? then u r a tard, and not just any tard, a very special one. with the ability to not open doors. durr durr. ranting should be an olympic sport. like the louge only more annoying but hey the louge is pretty annoying if u think about it. but anyway i'm getting off subject. i would so win the gold if it was an olympic sport. they would have no choice but to give me the gold to make me shut up. christy likes how i've decorated my room. so i shall come to her house and decorate her room in a similar fashion, only more feminine like. has anyone noticed the increase of feminine hygiene product commercials in the past five years? christy has. u never use to see them and now they r every where. o and chocolate is the best way to pick up girls. u r all like hey want some chocolate? and they r like CHOCOLATE!!!!! OMG!!!! I LOVE CHOCOLATE!!!!! PEOPLE AT HARVARD HAVE INSANELY BIG THINGS OF CHOCOLATE THAT THEY SELL AT THEIR STORE FOR THE STUDENTS, IT WOULD LAST ANY NORMAL PERSON LIKE A WEEK! yet, it only has 220 calories for all that  chocolate. wow! i'm impressed. those harvard people sure are some smart cookies. i want to make cookies. chocolate chip cookies. ooey gooey. i can think of something else that is ooey gooey. DIRRRRTY!!! elliot doesn't like chocolate. how awesomely bad is that. they should do a special on vh1 about how awesomely bad it is. like it would be the best special they have. i would watch it everytime because i would b one of the commentators because i am just so cool like that. i'm running out of things to rant about so i shall tell u how to make waffles. o wait i don't know how to make waffles. dam it. i like waffles, i almost had waffles for breakfast this morning but instead i got this sandwich thingy that wasn't as good as britta's and britta's isn't as good as denny's moon over my hammy. when i eat a moon over my hammy its like an orgasm in my mouth. o baby o baby. i'm hungyr and now christy is leaving me to be with her lesbian lover, dale. i'm just kidding. gosh some people can't take a joke. i have nothing left to say so ya. i'm cool and all of u drool. even through that is probably not how u spell drool. look i did it again. peace up, a town.

OMGosh! Danny Scinto's eagle project was, well let's just say that there were lots of sweaty, hungry, smelly people there. But it was tons of fun and then afterwards a few people came over to my house to go swimming, but no one really felt like swimming, so we just hung out in the make out room! It was totally crazy, Danny Scinto and my brother were playing some sort of a trivia game where they would ask eachother questions about history and other things and see who got the correct answer. And my brother won! It was tons of fun.

I have befriended two new people this year, one goes to Tustin and his name is Eric, and then the other is Elliot Webb. OMGosh, I love Elliot! He's so funny, it's great, and he's a really caring person, which kinda surprised me, but yeah! Life is fun when you are Christy!

But yeah, I'm at home right now bc I have to babysit my little brother bc my parents decided that they are going to go on a date tonight. Well we are going to go and watch movies! Oh and just to add one more thing... I love boys!!! Like to the point of obsession! Well it's movie time!
